Whole Wheat Chocolate Biscuits

IMG_5978 2

These bakery style whole wheat chocolate biscuits are my favorite, any time. Even though it is a plain whole wheat chocolate biscuits with no fancy ingredients, they are deliciously addictive. I have made these whole wheat biscuits a few times with cinnamon flavor, and we ate all in a week with or without our evening tea. 😀 And do you know the good thing about these cookies, other than their delicious taste? Let me tell you, no eggs, butter, or all-purpose flour has been used while baking these biscuits. I was out of brown sugar, hence I used regular sugar. Replace brown sugar instead of regular sugar and it’s all healthy. These are so addictive that you won’t be able to resist your temptation of having more.

Sometimes it’s really difficult to think of healthy and yummy snack ideas and it’s even more difficult when you are too lazy to do anything. I am not very much into sweet snacks, but sometimes I crave for soft and chewy chocolate cookies/biscuits. If you ask me about savory snack ideas, I can tell you the list non-stop, but when it comes to sweet snack ideas, either I just go blank or I can think of 3-4 names only.

I was craving for something sweet and healthy and luckily, these whole wheat biscuits came to my rescue. Very easy-peasy recipe with a handful of already available ingredients in your kitchen.

Oh My My! I can not explain the aroma it creates. Your house will be filled with the aroma of freshly baked biscuits and trust me, the aroma itself is enough to tempt you. These melt-in-mouth chocolate biscuits are a quick fix to your cookies/biscuits craving. The perfect tea-time cookies for all groups.
