After all the Diwali sweets and snacks preparations, I was trying hard not to make more sweets and snacks for Diwali. But this Paan Laddoo was on my To Do List for a VERY LONG time. 😀 And Finally today I decided to make it. I went to the grocery store and before the Paan leaves went out of stock I managed to get some. 😀 Yeah, it’s hard to get Paan leaves here but luckily I got few of them. 😉 Last Diwali I saw this Paan Laddoo recipe flooding all over the internet and since then I was planning to make it. Out of all the sweets and snacks I have prepared for this Diwali, this Paan Laddoo is my MOST favorite. ❤

I have tried Meetha Paan, Chocolate Paan, and Frozen Paan. All tastes good but trust me this Paan Laddoo is THE BEST. ❤
Laddoos are one of the sweets that can be made very easily and with few of the ingredients. And this Paan Laddoo is one of those simple, hassle-free, and easy recipes. This is the same as coconut laddoo recipe, the only difference is we have added paan leaves here for flavor and stuffed with gulkand. These laddoos can be made instantly. Serves 13-14 Laddoos
Ingredients:
- 3 Cups coconut powder + 4tbsp coconut powder (or desiccated coconut grind to a coarse powder)
- 1 Cup condensed milk
- 8 Paan leaves
- 2 Tbsp ghee
- Few drops of green food color (optional)
- 1/2 Cup Gulkand

Recipe:
Step 1- Add chopped paan leaves and condensed milk to a food processor and grind till they are combined well
Step 2- In a pan heat ghee and saute coconut powder for 2-3mins on medium-low heat then add the condensed milk-paan mixture and stir well. Add a few drops of green food color to give a nice green color to your laddoos. Cook for few more minutes and then remove in a bowl. Let the mixture cool down a little
Step 3- In a plate take few tablespoons of coconut powder to roll the laddoos. Grease your palm with little oil and take a small portion of the mixture and flatten it. Place a teaspoon of Gulkand in the center and roll to make a laddoo. Roll the laddoo in coconut powder and follow the same process for remaining laddoos
